The shop was created with the aim of providing locally sourced , seasonal foods at an affordable price. This ethos has remained to this day and where possible these will also be organic.

Wholefoods are a major part of the shop and we stock everything from aduki beans to yeast flakes (couldn't find anything starting with Z!) to cater for all your cooking needs. Although the majority of which is packed by hand in house, we also have a variety of pre-packed items including non-dairy milks, coffees, teas and canned goods. We also have fridges and freezers stocked with 'Our Cow Molly' milk and ice cream as well as yogurt, cheese, butter and vegetarian burger and sausage alternatives.

Vegetarian and vegan pasties or wraps can be brought from our counter all week alongside our selection of delicious, homemade cakes. We also provide catering for events, yopu can organise this by dropping into the shop or contacting us via email or phone. Our speakeasy and garden cafe/lounge areas are always open for use and are a lovely space to sit and eat!
