Randomly, just came across a quote from the same talk in some old notes I’m going through. “Put a price on Carbon” – Gore’s one-sentence answer to solving climate change. My notes also seem to suggest he advocates getting rid of employment tax at the same time – as it’s something invented by Bismarck in the C19th and an anachronism.
